Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) outlines our payment terms and the conditions under which you can request a refund for our products and services.

In the event that we fail to meet our obligations to deliver an order, you are entitled, as per this Policy, to receive a partial or full refund.

1. Payments

Our service prices depend on the complexity of your order. You'll see the price generated after completing the order form, allowing you to review it before submission.

Payments made via our website are intended exclusively for purchasing our services. These payments must not be used for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

Refund eligibility may vary by country or region. In areas with consumer protection laws, your rights under these laws are preserved. To request a refund, please manually contact us.

Refunds cannot exceed the original payment amount and must be returned to the original payment method. They cannot be sent to a different card or bank account.

Refunds to expired or canceled cards are managed by the customer's card issuer, typically credited to the replacement card. If no replacement exists, the issuer usually arranges an alternate method, such as a check or bank deposit. Occasionally, a refund to a card may fail.

Refunds are generally available within six months of the original transaction date. You are not eligible for a refund if this period has expired.

Refunds will not be granted if we cannot verify that the service was provided poorly or if the refund period has expired.

3. Chargeback

A chargeback occurs when you dispute a transaction with your card issuer, who then contacts us to reverse the transaction.

In the event of a chargeback, we may suspend access to your account. You are responsible for any fees incurred due to chargebacks or other payment disputes.
